Executive Workshop:
How to Effectively Use ChatGPT to Enhance Executive Performance and Decision-Making
We will conduct a hands-on workshop for up to 8 of your executives and senior managers to teach them how to Effectively Use ChatGPT to Enhance Executive Performance and Decision-Making. At the end of this workshop, each of your participants will be able to use ChatGPT to significantly enhance their performance.
Venue:
We can deliver this workshop in a variety of venues, whatever is best for you:
· In person at one location
o One-day group session (8 hours) and 8 more hours of one-on-one tutoring (one hour for each participant)
o Four half-days (4 hours each day) which includes one-hour individual tutoring for each participant
· Zoom sessions (allows participants from many locations to join the workshop)
o 4 different 2-hour Zoom group meetings followed by one-hour individual tutoring for each participant via Zoom
· Some other venue that is mutually agreed upon.
Topics:
To be covered in this workshop:
· Understand the capabilities and limitations of ChatGPT.
· Clearly define what ChatGPT can and cannot do.
· Recognize contexts in which ChatGPT excels or falls short.
o Example: Demonstrating ChatGPT accurately summarizing lengthy reports but struggling with deeply nuanced emotional conversations.
· Learn practical strategies to integrate ChatGPT into daily executive functions.
· Identify specific executive tasks suited for ChatGPT integration.
· Develop processes for seamless ChatGPT use in routine activities.
· Example: Using ChatGPT to quickly draft standardized email replies.
· Enhance decision-making, productivity, communication, and innovation through AI assistance.
· Demonstrate improved decision quality through AI-generated insights.
· Increase productivity by automating routine documentation.
· Example: Generating detailed market analysis briefs using ChatGPT.
· Address ethical considerations and best practices in AI use.
· Establish ethical guidelines for ChatGPT use within the organization.
· Identify potential biases and ways to mitigate them.
· Example: Creating transparent guidelines for AI-generated communications to prevent misinformation.
NOTE 1
There is about an additional 8 hours of pre-training preparations for the instructor to become acquainted with your business, to include: major revenue streams, profit trends for the last few years, marketing and sales strategies, major operational activities, understanding the key elements of your business strategy, and discussions with key executives about the most significant challenges facing your business. This preparation is necessary for us to customize the workshop instruction to address your most pressing needs and opportunities.
NOTE 2
Each participant will need to bring a lap-top computer or other device bigger than a mobile phone to the workshop. We will instruct participants how to install ChatGPT on their devices.
Cost
The total cost to deliver this course (for up to 8 participants) is $12,000 plus any travel, lodging, and meal expenses. Note: there are no expenses if Zoom is chosen as the venue.
